Of course you feel trapped. I don't really even think it is just because of your TBI--- but because other, unrelated, (or related in such a muddled way you'll never find the connection) stuff has just hit you like a tidal wave lately. But the waters will recede. In the meantime, allow those around you to toss you a life preserver, hold your head above water through prayer and daily help where needed, and ride it out. I'm sorry for you feeling this way right now- it is so exhausting.
